The site is located in Sığacık which is a very historical town in İzmir, dating back to 1000BC. That is why the catchphrase of my project is 'Journey Through History'. The form of structure which is a hexagon on bottom and conic shape on top, is a reference to medieval and contemporary designs. This smooth transition from corners to curves, represents the connection between past and present.

Designed by following the principles of the golden ratio, the building is 32.5m in height and 17.8m in width. In addition, it’s self-sufficient with the solar panels located on the south side.
