Time an Espresso Shot

It should be between 20 and 25 seconds. The ideal is 23 seconds

If it is too fast turn the knob in the espresso machine to coarse

If it is too slow, turn the knob to fine

Grind Coffees

Grind a Half Gallon(bottom size) of Dark Roast, House Blend, And Decaf onto Coffee Filter

Weigh Grinds using scale(under the Main POS, in the cabinet)
