Growing up, sports played a huge role in my life. From having all the yard games you could think of at my disposal to playing baseball on an all boys team. From trying out for several different sports in middle school where I eventually realized softball was the only sport I truly loved to play, since baseball was not an option to play after 6th grade.

Not only do I love playing sports, but I’ve always enjoyed being around them as a fan. During summers spent with my grandparents, some of my favorite memories are of watching Cincinnati Reds games with my Papaw, who’d yell at the TV like the players could hear him. We didn’t attend many games in person, but one summer, my grandparents took us to see the Dayton Dragons, the Reds’ minor league team. I couldn’t tell you who they played or the final score, but I remember what truly mattered, the Gameday Atmosphere. From taking pictures with the Dragon mascots to the tennis ball toss during an inning break, and the videoboard Dragon breathing fire after a home run, it was an experience I’ll never forget.

Those early experiences sparked an interest and realized there is more to sport than just the game itself, but the business operations side that helps run everything else. That is when it clicked for me: I didn't just want to play or cheer from the sidelines, I wanted to be part of creating those memories for others. That is what pushed me to study and pursue a career in Sport Marketing and Fan Experience. I'm all about creating memory-making moments that fans walk away from with a smile and a great story to share! Whether it's through exciting promotions and themes, their favorite song played over the speakers, or they got a photo or autograph from an athlete, coach or mascot! I am passionate about building an experience that turns into a memory that lasts a lifetime!
