Our Basic Rate Scale

Holidays and Weekends require a two-night stay.

The daily rate for one or two adults Friday/Saturday is $124.00.*

Weekdays

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - $107.00 for one or two adults.*

*Each additional adult beyond two is $30 per person per night.

Please No children between (2-12 years)

Children 13 and older are considered adults

If your dates are already taken, please call anyway. Sometimes we have a cancellation and can book you in.

Note:

Deer Hunters - Gun season one and two - Advanced bookings for weekends are only available as two-night stays

$124 per day 1 or 2 person & $30.00 each additional hunter - Please book early.

We're old-fashioned. Cash or check works for us. Sorry - No credit cards.

You can make a reservation as far in advance as you'd like, and then just pay with check or cash when you're here.

If you have a change in plans, please call at least 2 weeks ahead.

In the event you need to cancel last-minute, we'll do our best to contact others who had asked for the same slot and offer it to them.

If we can fill it, we won't expect you to pay.

Check-In is 3:00 PM

Check-Out is 11:00 AM.

However, we are flexible. If there aren't other guests arriving the day of your departure, take your time, no hurry.

Many have told us, "It's hard to leave." We understand. It's easy to become attached to this land.
