PHX Commons grew out of a municipal RFP for the redevelopment of a downtown parking garage with ground floor retail space. I joined an independent team led by a local developer with a vision to bring a technology co-working hub with a restaurant and bar to the space. Working with restaurant owners, investors, and engineers, I consolidated the design, and produced the pitch to present to the city. The project was recently approved.
