Republican

Precinct Committeeman, 411

About Me

As a lifelong Conservative and north Idaho native, I am horrified to see the division in our own party here in Kootenai County.  Never have two people agreed 100% of the time but it seems many in the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee (KCRCC) believe that If you don't, you must be cancelled and shamed.  The extreme Left and the extreme Right seem to thrive on forcing their beliefs on everyone, leaving no room for civil debate. This is where the best ideas win!  Because of this, I am running for Precinct Committeeman for my neighborhood on May 21.  This is a two-year position and I would be honored to receive your vote.

Being born and raised in Coeur d'Alene has been an amazing experience for me, and I want all of our families to thrive here for generations to come.  I attended Borah Elementary (1978-1984), Canfield Middle School (1984-1986) and graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School in 1990. Go Viks!  My husband, Allan and I have 3 children and have recently become grandparents.

I have a background in communications and marketing, project management, community relations, deadlines, product launches, branding, strategic planning,  budgets and event planning.  When my husband and I are not working, we love to camp, hike, shoot, golf, cook, read and spend time in the community enjoying all of the attractions our area has to offer.

What I Believe

Achievements

I am most proud of my family, and our love and respect for one another.  Home Is where you practice manners, debate and where many civil discussions occur. Though we don't always agree on everything, at the end of the day we respect each other's opinions and find we can learn something new by just listening.

Strengths

Goals

Running for a political position was never on my goal list, but God had other plans for me.  Listening and learning the needs/wants of my neighbors and constituents will be my number one goal.  Should I get elected, civil debate within the committee will be necessary, and I will strive to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
