About ME

Hello, my name is Alyson Britt !! I am an 18-year veteran educator, lifelong learner & lover of all things related to educational technology. I am certified to teach K-5 general education and K-8 gifted and special education. I am a Flipgrid certified educator as well as Google Certified Educator - Level 1.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, I have lived in the metro-Atlanta area since 2001. The loves of my life are my niece (10yo) and two nephews (1yo and 16yo). My free time is spent participating in ed tech webinars for continuing education, enjoying live music events and plays, traveling and cheering from the sidelines at gymnastics meets and soccer games.

I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades, and currently serve as the Technology Instructor at an Atlanta charter school. I am the owner of Britt Educational Consultants which was home to Busy Bee Tutoring Service and the Children's Character Summer Camp, Inc. for 15 years.
