OB | We no longer have to perform urine dips at every appointment. Collect a urine culture on our OB intakes (no change), a urine dip at 28w, and PRN for symptoms or per provider request.
Immunizations | We are out of VFC ACT HIB vaccine; we now stock HIBERIX, which is a 4-dose series | New MMR formulary (Priorix) - must be given subcutaneously only
