Geometry and Topology Seminar

Unless otherwise noted, the seminar will meet in HH 4145 and will be live-streamed on Zoom on Fridays

during 1:00 -2:00 PM EST in Spring 2024

• The password is 10 characters long, consisting of the name of the ancient Greek mathematician who wrote "Elements" (first letter capitalized) followed by the first 4 primes.

The goal of the VCU Geometry and Topology Seminar is to explore new ideas in algebraic geometry, low-dimensional topology, and math physics. The seminar will combine periodic research talks with a concurrent reading group which meets weekly to discuss a featured topic.
