Annual Meeting, Part 1: January 29
We will have a potluck after worship on Sunday, January 29, and hold the “financial part” of our annual meeting, to undertake business proper to the financial well-being of the congregation. We will review the financial picture of 2016, seek to understand the budget for 2017, learn about and vote on a loan from the denomination, and establish the pastors’ terms of call for 2017.
The other business proper to the annual congregational meeting, including program reports and election of ruling elders, will be conducted at our June meeting.
Plan to bring a dish to share, and stay as we continue to plan for our future together!
