Statistical laboratory Pavia

The statistical laboratory operates since 2001 within the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pavia.

It is currently formed by six professors of Statistics: Paolo Giudici, Paola Cerchiello, Alessandro Spelta, Arianna Agosto, Alessandro Bitetto, Emanuela Raffinetti, as well as two external professors: Daniel Ahelegbbey, Paolo Pagnottoni

It currently hosts five Phd/Post doc researchers: Golnoosh Babaei, Costanza Bosone,Alex Gramegna, Yana Kostiuk, Barbara Tarantino.

The laboratory develops statistical learning methods aimed at providing sustainable, secure, accurate, fair and explainable economic predictions, and corresponding risk measures.
