CALL FOR STUDENTS

GENERAL INFORMATION

A selection process is now open for the awarding of mobility grants for study and research activities within the framework of the PNRR/TNE Project “Economics Network between Latin America and Italy – EcoNet LATAM” (CUP D61I24000080006).
All mobility activities must be completed no later than February 28, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

This call is open to:

• PhD students enrolled for the academic year 2024/2025 in the PhD Program in Agricultural, Forest and Food Sciences at the University of Basilicata

• Master’s or PhD students enrolled in a second-cycle (Master’s) or third-cycle (PhD) program at one of the partner universities.

Mobility Rules:

• Students from the University of Basilicata may only carry out their mobility at a foreign partner university.

• Students from foreign partner universities may only carry out their mobility at the University of Basilicata.
  
  

Mobility Duration and Eligible Activities

• The mobility period will last 3 months, excluding travel time.

• All mobility must be completed by February 28, 2026.
  
  

During the mobility period, participants may engage in the following activities:

For all students:

• Attendance of courses and workshops at the host institution

For Master’s students:

• Thesis research aligned with the candidate’s field of study and the approved research plan

For PhD students:

• Doctoral research aligned with the candidate’s field of study and the approved research plan

How to Apply 

Eligible candidates who wish to apply must submit their application via the specific Google Form, available through the button below.

Required Documents

All applicants (both outgoing and incoming students) must upload the following documents as part of their application:

1. Plan of study and research activities to be carried out abroad

2. Curriculum vitae (CV)

3. Motivation letter

4. Language proficiency certificate (can be a self-declaration), either in the host country’s language or in English

5. Acceptance letter from a supervisor at the host university

6. Valid ID document (passport or national ID)
