Event #1 Kickoff Follow-Up Survey
Participants and caring adults must complete this survey after they attend their chosen Kickoff event. This is how participants will earn attendance for Event #1.
Event #2 Follow-Up Survey
Participants must complete this survey after they attend their chosen Event 2. This is how participants will earn attendance for Event #2.
Event #3 Follow-Up Survey
Participants must complete this survey after they attend their chosen Event 3. This is how participants will earn attendance for Event #3.
Event #4 (Part 1) Follow-Up Survey
Participants must complete this survey BEFORE they attend their chosen Event 4. This will prepare participants to attend Part 2 in person.
