Dr. Hung-Chang Chou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Tajen University, Pingtung, Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D. in pharmacy from Taipei Medical University and has built a career that blends teaching, mentorship, and academic leadership. His professional focus is on strengthening pharmacy education, integrating contemporary healthcare needs with solid pharmaceutical science training.
At Tajen University, Dr. Chou teaches courses that connect theory with practical application, emphasizing critical thinking, professional ethics, and problem-solving skills.
