Ms. Sayles

Ms. Sayles has been with the Scottsdale Unified School District since 2016. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Russell Sage College in Troy, N.Y. and earned her Master of Science in Secondary Education from Sage Graduate School, Troy, N.Y. She began her teaching career with K-5 literacy enrichment followed by work as a special education teaching assistant. While in her native home of upstate N.Y., she taught 9th and 12th grade ELA for several years. Ms. Sayles is certified to teach 7-12 English in New York and 6-12 English in Arizona. She is passionate about our English language, literature, learning, and... cats. She currently teaches 6th and 7th grade ELA Honors and ELD.
