Mrs. Dear

Mrs. Dear has a Bachelor of Music degree from the Crane School of Music and a Masters in Elementary Education from the College of Saint Rose. She has taught first, second, and third grade, as well as vocal/general music. She was a Peer Evaluator for Arizona’s Career Ladder program where she observed, evaluated, and coached fellow teachers. Mrs. Dear came to SUSD in 1998 and has been teaching at Copper Ridge since 2005. In addition to her degrees, she has endorsements in both Early Childhood Education and Structured English Immersion. She has also completed coursework in Gifted Education.
