My research interests are broadly on emerging Quantum Materials and Oxide Electronics for next generation computational and memory devices. My specific interests include growth of epitaxial films & heterostructure, system of strongly correlated electrons, ferroelectrics & multiferroics, superconducting tunnel junctions, novel transport properties at hybrid complex oxide interfaces.
