St. Clair Bands

Welcome to the St. Clair Band Google Site. Below is a list with a description of the class and what we do in those classes.

1. Concert Band. This is the offered band class for grades 9-12 at St. Clair. Band is a 1/2 credit class and meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Friday. The concert band teaches performance and musicianship, and is involved in performing as a pep band for school sporting events and Coronations.
2. Junior High Band. This is the offered band class for grades 7-8 at St. Clair. Junior High Band is a 1/2 credit class and meets Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday. The junior high band teaches performance and musicianship and performs twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring.
3. 6th Grade Band. This is the band offering for 6th grade students at St. Clair. We learn the basics of instrumental performance and musicianship. This class meets once a week, with a supplemental individual lesson once a week as well.
4. 5th Grade Band. This is the band offering for 6th grade students at St. Clair. We learn the basics of instrumental performance and musicianship. This class meets once a week, with a supplemental individual lesson once a week as well.
