Mr Bestor

My name is Tim Bestor, and I have been teaching and coaching in Stewartville School District for over 26 years!  My wife, Michelle, is an English teacher in the Middle School, and we have 4 kids ranging from 16 years old to 34 years old.

I was born and raised in Preston, MN.  After graduating High School I joined the United Satates Army and was eventually stationed in Weisbadden Germany.  After the military, I attended and  graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Kinesiology, with teaching certifications in health, physical education, and geography.  I taught and coached in Texas for 3 years before returning to Minnesota.  My Masters is from SMSU in Coaching and Athletic Leadership.  I enjoy teaching kids about subjects that will matter to them for the rest of their lives- health and physical education!!!
