I am happy to be in my 13th teaching year in Stewartville and my 26th year as an English teacher. I began my career in Silver Bay, MN, on the north shore of Lake Superior, where I taught grades 7-12 (1998-2011). I am the Stewartville Knowledge Bowl coach and line judge for volleyball.
Jodi and I were married in 2011. We have two daughters, Lora and Geneva. My girls (all three of them) are my greatest treasures!
It's great to live in Southeastern Minnesota and to teach in Stewartville!

All assignments are due on the posted due date as discussed in class or labeled on each assignment
Past-due assignments from the current quarter will be available in your Missing Assignments folder on Schoology and may be turned in for up to 70% credit.
Past-due assignments MAY be accepted for more than 70% credit with prearrangement or with a completed “Assignment Extension Request” form, available on Schoology.
ALL past-due assignments must be completed by the end of their assigned quarter.
