ABOUT MRS. HAMMEN

I have been a teacher in the San Marcos Unified School District for 32 years. I have worked at Woodland Park, San Marcos Middle School and San Elijo Middle School. My daughter married her high school sweetheart in 2010. They are the proud parents of two young children, Zach who is 2 years old and Nikki who is almost 4 years old. Of course, I am a proud grandparent to both-"Nana". I love to garden, hike, read, go to movies and babysit my grandchildren. I am very excited about this year and am looking forward to co-teaching in both 7th and 8th grade history classes.
