ZeFir Workshop

Determining long range air pollution in the Mediterranean region

The Chemistry-Aerosol Mediterranean Experiment (ChArMEx) invites you to attend a free, open training and working session, animated by Jean-Eudes Petit who developed ZeFir.

No registration fee; lunches and coffee breaks offered; possible funding of ChArMEx participant missions.

Own portable PC with IGOR 6 requested, own chemical (and possibly wind) dataset(s) recommended.

Preliminary program

Monday 22 Oct.:     11h30-12:30: registration; 12:30-14:00: lunch; 14:00-17:00*: presentation of ZeFir and methods.

Tuesday 23 Oct.:      9:00-10:30*: training to IGOR for new users; 10:30-12:30: training on cases studies; 12:30-14:00: lunch; 14:00-17:30*: training on own data.

Wednesday 24:        9:00-11:30*: training on own data; 11:30-12:30: collective debriefing and closure: 12:30: lunch.
