Welcome to my web page. I am an associate professor of Marketing at Grenoble Ecole de Management in France. I received my Ph.D. in marketing at Baruch College, City University of New York. My research focuses on contingency models of choice, such that how language, time, sensory, identity, beliefs, and culture impact consumer behaviors.

I received my school diplomas from Beijing 101st High School (China), my bachelor's degree in business from Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo, Japan), and my MBA from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (US). After several years of working as a full-time employee in different industries in Chicago, I had a chance to study as a part-time graduate student at the University of Toronto (Canada). There, I made my decision to devote the rest of my professional life to academic research and teaching.
