AlphaWebFX

October 2011

Connect your Mitsubishi Alpha 2 (XL) or FX Series PLC to the Internet via a PC and with AlphaWebFX get configurable Email Alarms, CSV Data-Logging, XML Data and Webpage generation for FREE. Ideal for home automation, remote site telemetry, energy management and security monitoring applications.

Key features:-

    • Collects raw values from a Mitsubishi Alpha 2 (DI, AI, CB, CW, DO) and formats into your engineering units.

    • Alternatively collects values from a Mitsubishi FX Series PLC (X, M, D, Y) and formats also.

    • Sends Alarm or Reset notices to your nominated email recipient and Carbon Copies also.

    • Data-logs to C.S.V. format through-out the day and can send that data to you.

    • Generates default XML and HTML files per the original AlphaWeb.

Configure Data Points & Alarms

When any value goes outside of configured parameters then it becomes ACTIVE as an alarm and gets added to the "email alarms" list. Once any condition returns to normal then the point goes to "RESET" state; and again these can be emailed too.

Snapshot & Daily CSV Data

AlphaWebFX can record trend data for every monitored point straight to a CSV format file and email this file out. Also a "snapshot" CSV file can be emailed at a certain hour in the current day too. With snapshot information at hand informed decisions can be made. For example, you could determine that fuel is running low at a remote site, temperatures are running high in a server suite, whether enough products were produced during a shift or that a particular site is using too much energy at certain times in the day.
