Neal has been in the real estate business since 1976.  He is new to the broadcasting.  

He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a consistent Platinum Award Winner. For over 30 years. his real estate Production ranks in the top 1% of Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS. In 2007 Neal was awarded Life Membership signifying 30 years of real estate experience and years of service on the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and its charitable Foundations. In 1981 neal was awarded the coveted Salesman of the year award by his local board of REALTORS.

Born and raised on the Virginia Peninsula and Licensed in 1976, Neal is knowledgeable about property and neighborhoods all over South Eastern Virginia. He is a sought after expert in areas such as Riverside, Hidenwood, Kiln Creek, Hilton, Wythe, and York County. Neal is skilled in honing in on the homes and neighborhoods that best suit his buyers and is particularly adept at obtaining the best possible financing programs with the lowest rates and down payment.

Neal also specializes in working with real estate investors in obtaining rental property or locating fixer-uppers for those investors wishing to renovate and sell homes at a profit.

Neal balances his 7 day a week 12 hour work days (he only works “half days”) with his professional and community volunteer activities and enjoys time with family. With over a third century in the local real estate profession, neal looks forward to many more years serving clients.
