Bookings for 2023 meeting

Booking for the 2023 meeting is now open. The cost is £189 (GBP) per person. This is for full board including breakfast, lunch and dinner, and accommodation. Rooms will either be single- or shared-occupancy, depending on availability.

How to Book a Place

1. Email us using the addresses on the contact page and request a booking form.

2. Return the completed booking form by email

3. Once we have provisionally confirmed your place, use the payment link on the form to pay the meeting fee.

4. Your place at the meeting will be confirmed on receipt of this payment.
