Research contracts
Head of the project “Dispositifs pédagogiques innovants et réussite en licence” (2014-2017) to finance the creation of the undergraduate program “Apprendre Autrement” (200k Euros).
Member of the PULSE project (NCU PIA3, 2019-2029) to finance pedagogical innovation. The success of my Apprendre Autrement program played a decisive role in favor of the attribution of this substantial grant to UPEC (10.2 millions Euros).
Member of the ANR Project INFAMIE, Inhomogeneous Flows: Asymptotic Models and Inter- faces Evolution (2016-2019); headed by Raphaël Danchin, UPEC (233k Euros, 9 participants).

Responsibilities
In 2014, I have created and subsequently been the head of a new curriculum in Engineering at UPEC. I am tasked with managing the teaching team and supervising the pedagogical content, and in charge of integrating the program into the university. Because of this experience, and also because of the honorable mention from the Jacqueline Ferrand Prize in 2018, I was invited by the dean, Jacques Moscovici, to join the directors’ college at the head of the Science Department (UFR), where have been tasked with numerous responsibilities.
On the scientific front, my goal is to broaden my network of collaborators in each of my thematics. I have varied responsibilities as an event organizer and for the evaluation of research and of teachers. I also choose to be regularly involved in outreach events.
Institutional responsibilities
a. Major administrative responsibilities
Associate director of the Laboratoire de Mathématiques de Reims (2024-2029).
Head of the "Analysis'' team of the Laboratoire de Mathématiques de Reims (2020+).
Member of the COVID-19 crisis management cell of the UFR de Sciences et Technologies (7 people): acting as advisor to the dean, mediator with the teaching departments, administrative coordinator, and directly involved in the deployment of distance learning.
Mandate within the special head committee of the UFR de Sciences et Technologies (2018-2020), in charge of defining the new curriculum for Mathematics & Computer science: I am in charge of the corresponding pedagogical workshops and have weekly meeting with the dean (1h to 2h/week).
Head of the undergraduate curriculum Apprendre Autrement (=learn differently, uninterrupted since 2014): admission and followup of students, organization of the pedagogical team, integration in the UFR, meetings, juries.
Creation of the Apprendre Autrement program (2014-2017): head of the IDEA grant (200kE), joint creation of the first- and second-year math, physics and computer science classes (work ≥ 2000h), organization of the pedagogical team.
Every year : administrative management of 6 to 9 classes: managing temps for 18 to 20 groups/semester, preparation of the exams (including for the adjuncts), followup of practical classes in computer science, juries.
b. Local responsibilities
Designated member of the LMR council (2020+).
Representative of the LMR in the users comite of the HPC plateform ROMEO (2020+).
Representative for the dean of the UFR of Sciences among the “comité des référents pédagogiques des composantes de l’UPEC” (since 2019). The role of this committee is to evaluate and grand credits (about 350kE/year) to new proposals in pedagogy.
Speaker for the UFR of Sciences at the open doors event of UPEC (since 2019).
Head of the Parcours-Sup cell (ranking and admission of new students, since 2018).
Elected member of the LAMA council (2016-2019).
Corresponding member of the association Passeport-Avenir / Article 1 at UPEC (2016-2018).
“Enseignant référent” (coaching) for first-year students (uninterrupted since 2014).

Advisor for the Inspection Générale de l’éducation, du sport et de la recherche (2020).

Advisor and corrector for the Concours d’Admission (entrance examination) of the École Polytechnique (2011-2018): development of new computer tools to improve ergonomics, efficiency and quality control of the ranking process.

Coaching for “Math en Jeans” (13 events in 3 middle schools, 2012-2018). My task was to propose mathematical challenges and provide guidance until the students are ready to show off their results at a national event.
