Gibbs/Styles Win Close Match

Sandy Gibbs and Vicki Styles played Gail Kidd and Bonnie Crow in the 2nd round consolation. Here's a rundown on the match.

The match was even for the first four holes and then Gail sunk a birdie putt to win the 5th hole. Bonnie then won hole 9 with a birdie putt and hole 10 with a par. They were up 3. Hole 11 wreaked havoc on all 4 players but Sandy managed a great chip up close to the pin and made the putt for a bogey to win hole 11. Vicki sank a par putt on hole 13 to win another hole. All players parred 14 but a pip for Sandy won the hole. Then Sandy putted a par in on 16 to pull her team ahead by one. Hole 18 was a tie so Sandy and Vicki won the match 1 up. It was a beautiful day and all had a great time. Bonnie and Gail played a great game!!
