The mission of the Washington Association of District Employees is to increase the effectiveness of conservation districts and their employees; foster a mutual partnership between conservation agencies, organizations, and associations through enhanced communication and professional improvement.

Taylor Scott - Skagit CD
Taylor joined Skagit CD as the Conservation Specialist in 2022. After graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Biology, she followed her passion for the environment with the WCC, where she worked in restoration, trail building, and disaster response. From there, she continued to work in the natural resources field here in the Skagit, ultimately leading her to the District. When Taylor is off the clock, you’ll find her baking bread at home with her husband and two cats!
