2023 Regional TSMO ACP10 Midyear Meeting
Committee members and friends are invited to attend the 2023 Regional TSMO (ACP10) Midyear Meeting, Sept 12-13, 2023. The meeting will be held in-person in Washington, DC.
The objective of this mid-year meeting is to update the strategic plan that will guide the committee’s activities and structure over the next three years. The focus of this strategic planning session will be development of goals and objectives, supporting actions, targeted member recruitment, and subcommittee alignment to the identified objectives and actions.
Registration was requested by August 1st to assist with meeting planning and coordination. Space is limited and registration will be required for all participants.
In-person attendance is requested in order to participate in the strategy discussions. Efforts will be made to broadcast or record the plenary sessions of the agenda using a virtual platform.

Meeting Dates and Times: Tuesday, September 12, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Wednesday, September 13, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. When the meeting concludes at noon on September 13, it will be immediately followed by an auxiliary joint meeting with the Data for Operations subcommittee and the FHWA Roadway Digital Infrastructure project team from 1 - 5 p.m.

Hotel information: Participants are encouraged to make reservations on their own in the area. A room block will not be available for this meeting. Several attendees plan to stay near Farragut Square.
Registration Fee: The meeting will not have a registration fee. Participants will have the option to purchase meals in coordination with a group order or on their own.
Code of Conduct: TRB is part of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) and follows the NASEM guidelines in preventing discrimination, harassment, and bullying of participants at NASEM events, including TRB meetings.
