Classes:

Tuesday, 6:00-7:15PM, All Level Yoga (gentle to moderate): Mindful yoga with Amy with an emphasis on cultivating balance and a sense of wholeness in body, mind and spirit. Inspiration from yoga philosophy and psychology will guide practitioners towards a felt experience of wholeness.

Thursday, 3:45 PM - has been cancelled.

Saturday, 9:30 - 10:45 AM, All Level (slow & gentle): Connecting to Spirit: Saturday Morning class with Amy. Recall the sacredness of the body by practicing with balance and deep attention to caring for the body. This naturally leads to balance in the mind and opens the way for deepening your own unique connection to spirit.
