Warning: I do not recommend using the Deep/Dark Web or the TOR browser without consulting with your I.T. department and definitely do not recommend it for home users. If you try to use it on your home computer and with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) you might get a warning from your ISP and could lose your internet access.
The purpose of this site is to present the legal professionals with both a description of this aspect of the internet and provide suggestions as to how to investigate crimes committed against clients as well as provide information to how this underside of the world wide web functions.
The dark web is a part of the internet that isn't searchable by Google or common search engines like Yahoo or Bing. The “dark web” is a hotbed of criminals. Researchers Daniel Moore and Thomas Rid of King's College in London identified 2,723 live dark web sites over a five-week period a couple of years ago and found that 57 percent host illegal items.

It sells prepaid debit cards, each with a $2,500 balance, for $500 (express shipping included). A “lifetime” Netflix premium account goes for $6. You can hire hackers to attack computers for you. Deep web vs dark net
The deep web is often confused with the dark net, also called dark web, black web, and black net. Put simply, the deep web is all of the information stored online that isn’t indexed by search engines. You don’t need any special tools or a dark net browser to access the deep web; you just need to know where to look. Specialized search engines, directories, and wikis can help users locate the data they’re looking for.
