Fundraising
Theatre Knights is Manchester's premier young people's theatre company. Without funding, no theatre company can operate. Theatre Knights is no exception. Without the generous support of the community, we simply could not exist. The young members of our organization must raise between $25,000 and $30,000 each and every year in order to mount the superb productions for the public on our stage. Private and corporate donations, along with advertising in our playbill are excellent ways to support these efforts.
Any materials, time, and/or money are gladly accepted and greatly appreciated. Remember, every little bit helps, so give what you can. Our continued community involvement depends on your support at any level. Please look over the categories of support listed below, and give what you can.
Summer Wash Special
Theatre Knights will be hosting their annual Summer Wash Specials on
Saturday August 7th and 21st from 11am-3pm
Come support Theatre by getting your car washed for a donation of just $10!
We will be located in the Hecker St. parking lot (20 Hecker St.)
TAG Day
Theatre Knights will be running our annual TAG Day at Market Basket in Bedford AND Hooksett locations on
September 18th and October 9th from 9am-3pm
Come support Theatre Knights by donating any amount of your choice after you grocery shop!
We will also be selling tickets for our fall production "Brighton Beach Memoirs" at a discounted rate of $7 OR two for $10!
Break-A-Leg Ads
This season, we are trying a new form of ads for the playbill. These ads are specialized for friends and family members to support the actors and tech crews. Best of all, these ads are only $10! These are the easiest kind of ads to sell and they add up beautifully. Spread the word and pick up some order sheets! Email: tkexecutiveboard@gmail.com with your request!
Ads and Donations
During these difficult times, it is imperative that everyone does his or her part to help our award-winning theatre company continue to produce top, professional-quality shows. To do that, everyone must do their share by obtaining a minimum of one $75 advertisement for our Playbill, or an equivalent amount in donations. Talk to family, friends, relatives, neighbors, and go out into the community and ask local businesses to help. Ad/Donor forms can be obtained from Ms. Russell, or any Executive Board member. This is not an option: if we want Theatre Knights to continue, we must raise money!
