In Lab-SUN, researches on next-generation materials (semiconductors, EUV photoresists, perovskites, carbon quantum dots, batteries, polymers, catalysts, 2D materials, and etc.) and devices are intensively studied.
The Lab-SUN members first learn specialized structural analysis techniques and, based on these, conduct researches to synthesize next-generation materials or optimize various devices with new cutting-edge functions.
