The best way to prepare a pair of modules for transport is to nest them together, one upside down on the other.   They are fastened together using the end pieces with stove bolts and wing nuts.  Adding swiveling wheels to one of the ends allows the joined pair to be moved about quite easily.  See photos showing modules joined together.
