Three years after the Umbrella Revolution, a three-month-long demonstration for democracy and universal suffrage took place in Hong Kong, how do young people see the world, themselves and the future of the city? ‘Dinner with Someone on 26th May 2017' is a video that documents a dinner among five young Hong Kong adults in London. During the meal, they recalled fragmented memories of the event that is important to them. Together, they talked about their past, current, and unforeseeable, imaginative future.

The video is conducted in Cantonese. Full Chinese and English translations are presented on the booklets.
