Archives- Of things New and Old

As you enter the building you notice a large book when you open it and look inside:

although there is a list of dates most of the pages are blank. As you stand there flipping the pages a voice comes from the door in front of you. "Hello, you are visiting the archives however most of the pages are blank as the city is fairly new." A young man with brown hair and brown bat like wings with pale skin and red eyes enters in front of you." Now since you wasted your time coming her would you like to stay for dinner?"

You really don't know what it is with this guy or why he is leering at you that way but you chock out a hasty no and run away.
