HOA removes snow from streets. Removal of snow from sidewalks and driveways is the responsibility of the owner (except for those portions of sidewalk directly adjacent to HOA Outlots(s) C1-3 and the Galena Park).
The streets are maintained by the City.
Report leaking sprinkler heads along Lehigh and in the SR6 outlots to any Board member.
