The owners are taught how to handle the dog in a group setting with 2 instructors overseeing a class of 10-12 students. This is a great class for dogs of all ages. Application and payment is required to sign up and save a spot in one of our Beginners Classes.

Advanced Beginner's - 7 weeks - $100.00 (2 different nights offered - Wed, Thurs) effective 1/2023

Dogs enrolling in Advanced Beginners must be able to complete the exercises taught in our Beginner's Obedience Class. Preference is given to our current students when enrolling this class as this class only has one instructor and is 8-9 students. We teach many new heeling exercises, figure 8, change of pace and other fun exercises to keep the dog engaged and having fun while learning to pay more attention. Sit and Down stay are now off lead, we also teach Sit for Exam and Stand for Exam. Our Recalls are done by teaching the dogs to now "wait" to come when you call and learn to sit in front and "finish". Some jumping is introduced in this class as well. This class also requires an application to hold a spot in an upcoming class, contact Linda for starting dates.
