This scrapbook was built from the establishment of The Royal Mercian & Lancastrian Yeomanry in 1992 and was often out on display at Wigan TA Centre (later called Army Reserve Centre). I 1992 The Duke of Lancaster's Own Yeomanry regiment was reduced to form 'D' Sqn RMLY under command of Major Ernest Ryder, formerly commanding 'B' Sqn DLOY.
The scrapbook was digitised in 2014 and copies rest both with the squadron in Wigan and in the Regimental Museum in Preston. Presented here is a substantial part of the scrapbook, made available on the WWW.
