Adult ADHD Peer Support groups in Central Scotland
March Meetups
Glasgow: Wednesday 17th, 18:00-20:00
Edinburgh: Monday 11th, 18:00-20:00.
About the Groups
These groups are all run by adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for adults with ADHD, meetings are informal and loosely structured. We help each other with the symptoms and difficulties that adults with ADHD experience on a daily basis. We exchange information, talk about issues related to adult ADHD and have a good time. All meetings are confidential, no judgments are made, and no issues are too delicate.
We welcome all adults with or without a diagnosis.
Edinburgh meetings are normally held on the Second Monday of the month in "the snug" One Canon, 1 Canonmills, EH3 5HA
Glasgow meetings are held on the Third Wednesday of the month at The Dream Machine, London Rd, Trongate. .
Check this page on the day of the Event in case there have been any changes to the time or location.
