We kindly request your support for our District Conference. Please fill out the form to notify us if you plan to submit a souvenir ad for the conference.
Chapters, please note: Your ad space has been secured with payment of your District assessment and fees. You only need to submit your camera-ready ad to the committee.
Deadline for Ads for PRINTED Book ended September 20, 2025
Deadline for Online version Ads: October 3, 2025, (12 AM)
To ensure inclusion in the Souvenir Journal, all Ads must be submitted by the above-specified deadlines.

How do Online Payments work?
How do Online Payments work?
The District uses Paypal to collect payment for assessments, fees, or donations online. If you choose to use this online payment option, a transaction fee will be charged for using the debit/credit card. This rate will show as "shipping" on your charge.
For 2025, District Conference Registration and payment options (NOT Chapter Assessments) are available on the Eventbrite registration page, https://scdc2025.eventbrite.com (fees may apply).
