Shane Johnson - Moundville
A little about me:
I grew up in the small town of Moundville but have done some moving around in my adult years. I have two children, 9 and 7. My daughter is working on becoming an artist just like her old man, and my son is figuring out who he is.
As far as school goes, I attended Shelton State, and studied Commercial Art under Angela Laporte on full scholarship (something I was very proud of). I graduated and set out to grab my dreams of becoming either a children's book illustrator or a cheesecake illustrator. I ended up with the latter.
Sadly, my art has never been able to give me much income (if any at all), so I ended up with a career in customer service and do illustrations on the side for fun. I still have my dreams, and one day I will reach them.
