Research

My research focuses on the macroeconomic effects of taxes and spending on government deficits and debt, building large-scale, open-source, dynamic general equilibrium macroeconomic as well as microsimulation models of tax policy to answer questions about the effects of government policy on microeconomic behavior, macroeconomic outcomes, and inequality.
