Quit Tobacco
Take the "Why I SmokeTest"This short "test" will help you understand the reasons you smoke. You may have a clear idea why you smoke, or you may find the reasons you smoke are not exactly what you thought they would be. Once you have taken this "test" and scored your responses, you will see why you smoke (e.g., relaxation, craving, habit, stimulation, handling, or pleasure). Then you can check the list of strategies that correspond with the main reason(s) you smoke and choose the ones that are effective for the reason you smoke.
