Open to all interested schools in Singapore who can field one team in any or all divisions (per library in the case in multi-library schools) in each of the following divisions.

Junior - Year 3, 4 & 5 / Grade 2, 3 & 4

Middle - Year 5, 6, 7 & 8 / Grade 4, 5, 6 & 7

Senior - Year 8+ / Grade 7+

The competition will consist of three rounds - Junior, Middle, Senior. The junior & middle round (30 mins each) has 5 questions from 5 books from their division and 5 questions from a picture book. The senior team will have a selection of 4 books from the senior division with 7 questions on each book.

The junior & middle teams are made up of a maximum of 6 students, the senior team has a maximum of 4 students. The total time of the event will be approximately 2 hours, allowing for introductions, audience trivia and judging.

The winning teams will receive $500 worth of books from Bookaburra for their school library, book gift coupons for each member of the team, a certificate of participation, a gold medal for each member of the team, plus year-long possession of the division cup.

Registration is $60 per team (payable to ISLN on the day) to cover cups, medals, prizes, participation certificates, gifts for judges, refreshments.
