BIOINFORMATICS IN ARGENTINA
Bioinformatics and Computational Biology develop and use computational tools to advance our understanding of living beings.
From our lab we try to promote the development of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology in Argentina.
A2B2C is the Argentine Association for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, of which we are members.
R. Gonzalo Parra is the vice-chair for Latin America in the International Society for Computational Biology Student Council.
BiFe (Bioinformática Federal) is the Argentine node of EMBnet, a network that provides bioinformatics services to the molecular biology community. BiFe gathers bioinformatics applications developed in Argentina.
