Welcome to the Pinehurst Townhome Association. Pinehurst is a Gregg's Landing South Community, and part of the greater Gregg's Landing development. Pinehurst is located in Vernon Hills, Illinois and is within walking distance of Century Park and the Westfield Hawthorn Mall, as well as a short drive to Interstate 94, the Tri-State Tollway.

The Pinehurst Townhome Association is dedicated to keeping its property values competitive through regular maintenance, and beautification projects funded through the townhome association's membership fees.
