“Reflections” is the first comprehensive account of the history and concerns of Bhutanese women to be published. The 200-page publication is the result of a two-year participatory documentary project involving field work in remote villages throughout the country, five regional workshops and a national presentation that brought rural women from every district in Bhutan to the capital city Thimphu as part of the national 2008 celebrations.
