This is a nice documentary on the history of Origami. It starts with the basic folds in origami and shows how to fold a samurai helmet for beginners.

The documentary highlights the place of origami in traditional and religious rituals in Japan. It also shows how to fold an Origami traditional swan and its place in the modern Japanese tradition for the

Hiroshima Peace Monument.

It has an interview of an inspiring person; Saburo Kase a visually impaired origami master designer.
